Does this come with screws? If not, what size should I use?

The brackets only come with screws to fix the speakers to the bracket, not the bracket to the wall.As for which screws to use to mount the brackets it will depend what sort of wall you have - mine is masonry and I used 6mm screws with suitable rawl plugs - your situation may differ.

Hi Can anyone tell me if these adjust so that the speaker sits level and not sloped ?

No I have a piar of these and they only tilt forward, so to keep speakers square they must face straight forward. Sure you can turn the speaker on the bracket but then it slopes as you righly say. I suppose you could screw the brackets on the wall at an angle to correct this but it would not be ideal by any means.

Hi ihave the 3020i speakers..can anyone tell me exactly how they sit(attach) under neath please

they attach to to the bottom rear of the speaker using the allen bolt, when attached loosely you can slide the speaker forward to make it tilt down and can also bit pivoted left and right (possibly 45° before the speaker touches the wall), theres then a cap to cover the mount
