Ingredients

Beef Topside (equivalent of 260g of freshly marinated beef), Malt Vinegar (Barley (Gluten)), Worcester Sauce (Barley (Gluten), Fish), Soy Sauce (Soya, Wheat (Gluten)), Honey, Sea Salt, Brown Sugar (0.01%), Coriander, Potassium Sorbate, Mixed Spices.

Directions

Beef Jerky can be eaten straight from the pack. Once opened please discard all packaging and allow to breathe for at least 15-20 min for max flavour and texture. Store in a cool dry place and eat within 3 days of opening or refrigerate and eat within 7 days. Storage: Ambient (away from direct heat).
