EMPowerplus Advanced Formula Truehope's 20 Years on Market

For the people who say this is expensive, how much is bipolar or anxiety meds? Also, you are supposed to call the company so they will advise you how to take. I took 1 in the AM then 1 in the afternoon for 2 days. Then 2 and 2 for 2 days and then 3 and 3 after that. Huge anxiety difference in 3 days!!! Got 8.5 hours on day 3 with vivid dreams. I have never slept like this since I was a kid. Way more productive at work. Tried these 6 years ago but did not have real anxiety at that time. Now I will never stop taking them. I consider these to be the most bio available suppliments in the world. The amaounts may be less than other vitamins but you will pee out most of those because the are not processed the same way as these. A psychiatrist in a truhope video said she now believes some people need more of these vitamins and minerals than other people. I believe this is why some people have mental health issues....because they are not getting enough nutrition.

Excellent product

Dislike the time it takes in the mail - 14 days plus. Like the packaging, sufficiently packed. It is not readily easy to comment on the effectiveness of this product. Micronitrients take time to note any sign of changes. It suggested 4 days but I would differ that and suggest it to be around 4 weeks. It's not wonder pills. It is a broad spectrum of multivitamins & minerals. It is also difficult to ascertain the purity of this supplements. So far no nutritionists &/ dietitions in Australia have endorsed and or recommend this product line. Only trial & error and time will bear witness to the quality and effectiveness of this product.

I found out about Empower Plus through the book A Promise of Hope (by Autumn Stringham) available on Audible. I was desperate after a massive, life altering bipolar episode. Doctors only had medications for me to try out that had all these other terrible side effects of major depression and so on. While this supplement isn't a replacement for medication, it certainly helps me manage and keep an even mood. I've been taking it for 5 years religiously now. It's an investment, but much better than taking a bunch of drugs. It energizes me and keeps me stable. It's a true gift. I think it is important to call in to the company to have them help figure out how many pills you should take. They shouldn't be taken past 5pm.
