Value for money and easy to apply

So from first glance the packaging itself is really nice comes with wipes and all the other gear, but once i applied the screen itself I noticed how easy it is to scratch the screen tried dusting it off with the glass fabric and just did nothing but scratch up the screen and seems very thin itself thickness wise so no idea how its gonna hold up but other than that seems fine so far

Bought one...liked it - then got a spare and one as a gift - very pleased with the result aesthetically.Haven't had a drop or accident - so can't comment on what happens if the screen breaks - I will update this should it happen.Product arrived very quickly for free shipping.The packing was fine - helped by the fact the product has a self-contained padded foam container surrounded by strong card.Contains: a tempered glass protector, alcohol wipe, screen cleaning cloth,stickers to position the screen without touching it and a sticker to remove dust.Good instructions also included with video URLs on 'how to' if you want to see someone else apply one first.Basic idea: as dust free an environment as possible. Clean hands. Clean the screen with alcohol wipe/dust removing sticker. Polish with cloth. Apply positioning stickers to the topside of the protector. Remove the screen side film and position over buttons and camera holes etc. The protector then begins to adhere (no residue or issue if removed) to the screen and then a bit of pressure when all is looking good.There is potential to lift and reposition, but the less time the protector is exposed to the air the better.I managed to apply mine with no 'bubbles' whatsoever appearing.This will help keep some of the phone's value and is certainly worth £2.95 of anyone's money.My top tip for people who are a bit OCD like me - the more humid the environment - the less dust potential.Overall, not tested out to see what happens when it takes a hit, but the application was simple and it looks great.I would happily recommend TECHGEAR® and this product.

Can't fault the product but application can be a real pain, actually had to buy a second because when putting the first one on I lined it up badly and then whilst peeling it off managed to ruin it, when done correctly though(nearly managed that on second attempt!) the screen is as responsive as ever and you can only notice the cover if you look at the edges. I do think the process of lining it up on the screen could be made simpler, I didn't feel confident spending the time getting it perfect as I was so worried about dust sneaking in whilst I did it!EDIT; So the second one lasted 6 months or so but because one edge was slightly off so it cracked and needed replacing, have bought a THIRD and still cannot line the damn thing up properly, this has now gone in the bin, I see all these reviews stating how damn simple it is to get it perfect and I'm baffled, I'm an artist and model maker and used to doing really fiddly things at a small scale but I cannot for the life of me get these stupid things on without dust getting in as i'm placing it or without getting one edge wrong leading to it not sticking and eventually cracking. By all means buy em, they do what they say......IF you can get it stuck correctly. Pretty fed up tbh.

Size is PERFECT for the model it is sold for. Packaging is great and rigid as well as padded. Instructions and cleaning materials for preparation are very functional. Both my wife and I have a SM-J510FN Samsung J5 6 (2016). I have fitted this product to both. As yet have no tales of phone screen being saved but I can say that my first attempt at application was imperfect. I managed to lift and re position this product TWICE. So my 3rd attempt was satisfactory. NOT the products fault but my shaky hands and poor lighting. Just be careful and work from side to side not end to end. IT'S GLASS, it will shatter if you bend it. Go slow and re positioning is not a problem. I applied my wife's in the full light of day and went on 1st time ... must have been the lights lol. DO make sure you work in as dust free an area as possible, it will pick up ANYTHING that floats by during application.OK nearly 1 year (now Oct 2017) on and neither are showing sighs of any problems. My wife has dropped her phone and dinged a corner of the case and screen is still good. I have keys and coins in my pocket all the time and no scratches. I do not have a covered case just a sturdy bumper so screen is exposed.

I bought this protector to replace the previous identical one which had done its job of protecting my phone when I dropped it - the protector cracked but the phone screen was intact. It arrived very promptly and fits perfectly.
