I had trouble when ordering. I bought the vouchers as a Christmas present for my brother but he could not activate the voucher. He contacted customer service who told him that as I purchased the voucher I had to contact them. After several emails the voucher now works. I can't fault the customer service but it was a lot of hassle and life admin for something that was meant to be a stress free Christmas present.
