Death Note - Anime Replica Note Book Scrap Book

Value for money ... Eh.It needs more blank pages. I use this as an actual note book. But a quarter of the notebook is filled with the instructions. And out of the three quarters left. Half of that has "names" on the pages so you can't really use them either.I love the authenticity of the book. But I just wish it had more blank pages for ACTUAL note book use.But regardless of space. I have bought this book twice. I love pulling it out of my bag to make notes. Me andy partner always have a good giggle when people stare at my "DEATH NOTE"

This product is awesome!! Anyone who is a fan of either the Death Note films or the Anime should treat themselves to this as they will npt be disappointed!! It is very good quality with all the deiffernt rules printed in realistic fashion in the firat few pages of the book. Then there are names written in both Japanese and English that are people whose names were written in it! And then the second part is a quality lined notebook! I collect notebooks and this has replaced my 'I am Groot' one as my favourite!

I bought this as a present for my son who has a liking for all things anime and recently discovered Death Note. I know he's going to love it. The packaging is good, there's a cardboard sleeve with an image of the demon and the main character, and the flexible cover of the notebook is reusable so like the instructions say, "the number of pages of the Death Note will never run out" ;) I'm disappointed that one page (XVII ) of the instructions is poorly printed and hard to read, but I'm fairly certain that this will cause only a minimal issue for my boy. To be entirely pedantic, the next page is wrongly numbered as XXVIII instead of XVIII, but I think we can let this go. The notebook inside is stitched, which seems a good quality touch, but the cardboard backing to the notebook is very cheap. It would have been a nice touch if the instructions were separate form the notebook pages, that way when the notebook required replacing you could retain the instructions. I received a music CD with the book, which was a bonus as it wasn't mentioned in the product description.

Superb quality replica, especially for this flipping price!About 30% of the pages are taken up by the 'rules' of the Death Note, and another 10% of the pages are taken up by the names of the victims Light Yagami wrote down within his notebook; with his exact handwriting. Thus, if you're expecting a fully-clean notebook simply with the outer shell of a Death Note, this isn't for you.There are still 90 clean pages for you to use however you like though.Also, these notebooks have sadly lost their power. So don't waste a page writing down the name of someone you hate... it'll only be a waste of ink... I should know... I saw Nicola Sturgeon on live TV yesterday...Why buy a boring notebook with a flipping cat on it or something when you can buy a notebook with this amount of detail for the same price?

Arrived in excellent condition. The outside package is amazing too. Lots of details inside just like the anime version. Fantastic and highly recommend

Let me just start of by saying this is by far the best product I've bought on amazon but, my mind is baffled! Why are the shinigami sending these out via Amazon? and so many? Or perhaps I was amongst the chosen 6.Anyways, enough nerd talk. The deathnote I received was good quality. The book came with a fake leatherish type cover, all rules mentioned in the anime, names written down as Light did and even Light's name at the end. The book is A5, has lined pages and brownish colour pages (as shown in the anime).I didn't get a pen or cd as mentioned by other buyers O.o

So many people saying they got a quill, or it came in a nice box.Mine came alone, in no box, just wrapped in the plastic for delivery, Thus resulting in one of the corners getting slightly bent.But I thought to myself that it does not matter as it's not so bad and I got it for the novelty value of the book itself.I start to read the rules.. oh how I wish people could spell. Using "witch" instead of "which", "parricular".. Stating the time as 6 minutes and 4 seconds instead of the 6 minutes and 40 seconds it should be, and it so clearly says 40 seconds underneath in the Japanese text. If you are going to get it wrong, at least be consistent in both languages. "Eeven after the individuals name," ... Just how hard is it to use spell check when you are making a product.There are so many examples of bad spelling/mistakes in the book.One or two mistakes could be forgiveable.. when it ranges into it being at least 15 times or higher, then it just becomes embarrassing.It's nice as a novelty. Terrible as a "Replica"Oh, this rule got me laughing. "The seventh Death Note will not become active until one of the other 6 ATH OTS is burned up, or a god of death takes One of them back to the world of gods of death." So now it's a ATH OTS and not even a Death Note?Also, when you say in a rule how they are the "Gods of deaf" it makes me question if anyone at any time took any time of effort to even look through what they made, or were capable of using a simple thing such as a spell checker.

There is nothing to say. I LOVE IT. The pen is amazing and the death note too. you get it in a very nice packaging, which is so pretty I use it do decorate my room!
