I have a suffering succulent (tree leek). Leaves are covered in black aphids. Is this safe on rosette shaped succulent leaves?

Not sure of black aphids but I'd certainly give it a go. I've used it on my pests and always found it very effective apart from larvae under bay tree leaves. Never had any adverse affect on plants.

Will this kill springtail?

Doesn't say springtail specifically, but I'm assuming it would work as it coats pests with oil preventing them from breathing, good luck
