Kickboxing Cardio Workouts 3 DVD Power Pack with Guillermo Gomez

I love this DVD I've got loads of exercise DVDs and out of all of them this is the best one. I find most DVDs the person just stands there and tells you what to do while the people in the background do all the work but this DVD Guillermo actually does the workout with you and he don't slack which makes you more motivated and boy does it make you sweat. I would 100 percent recommend this well worth the money.

So glad I go this - I am really enjoying the exercise DVDs, particularly the hour long Kickboxing Cardio Burn. Makes a great change up to my regular DVDs. Can really feel the endorphins flowing!!! I interchange this with my old favourites like Nell and my conditioning DVDs.

have never written a review before but feel iI need to with this purchase. It is not for the faint-hearted and definitely not for beginners, for intemediate level. I love this DVD so much! I'm fairly fit,but this DVD challenges me. I have most of the Billy Blanks DVD workouts, this is my favourite dvd. I'm hopingGuillermo Gomez will release more DVDS in the near future.20/11/14

Got this today, did the cardio power workout, very good 😊 not overly complicated which is good, it fun and sensei Guillermo is very engaging, Jessica his wife is in the workout too which is why I bought this dvd as usually do her workouts, overall very good dvd

Love this dvd my favourite one is cardio burn cant get into cardio dance but its worth paying the money as the other 2 is really good i have lost 8.7lb so far which is an added bonus got product really quick aswell and for first time i years im loving exercising

I thought would be better, seeing the video that he has on YouTube, is more kickboxing, this is more I don't know, not really kickboxing.

Cardio Burn with weighted gloves, 1lb, hard work! Sweated like a pig and calories counter said I'd burned 900 calories. It certainly felt like it. I wasn't keen on the Dance video, but it's ok for a quick workout.

This box set is brilliant. 3 dvd's that get your heart rate up and chisel your upper body. Excellent value for money.
