Is this a bobbin sander ? Does it bob up and down ?

Yes it is a bobbin sander. Yes the spindle does bob up and down about 25mm. It works well. The different spindles are easy to change. You can turn the spindles over to get even wear on them. Hope this helps

If anything goes wrong with it aftef 2 years is it still returned to amazon or does it have to be returned to triton ?
