Does exactly what it says
This product work great. I was concerned that may I wouldn't get enough blood in the little tube to do the test but it all went easy and no fuss. Takes about 45 mins on toll to do the test. I would recommend that you read the instruction before taking the test and then do for real. But was east and simple and showed up results the doctors tested didn't and confirmed what I already knew. I have recommended this product to my sister and she just purchased it.

Beware! Method of extracting your blood is crude and impossible!
Beware! To take the test requires you to fill up a small cylinder of blood. Sounds easy enough. It comes with two items that prick your finger/thumb (only a slight pain). After following the instructions to a tee I pricked my thumb then eventually finger to create more blood. In the end i was pissing blood, but couldnt fill up the cylinder as the edges are quite thick and blood seemingly doesnt not want to trickle in there! The test its self may indeed work, however I was forced to run it on a third of the amount of blood, and low and behold the test for me didn't work. (I got a false negative).I understand with typical negative reviews people may be skeptical and assume its a case of me being impatient and/or a moron. However, I never write negative reviews and I'm probably only a little bit of a moron. I attempted to fill up the tube, all the while bleeding profously and staining just about everything I was wearing, for at least 45 minutes. This was probably due to my own desperation to find out the results and see what I was intollerant to. Short of slitting my finger tip open with a kitchen knife (which i seriously considered, when was the last time a product lead me to that?) I was forced to run the test with what I had and so the test didn't work. The method of extracting your blood (which is crucial to taking the test!) is crude and poorly thought out. A syringe method or something would probably have been more effective. What's more, I emailed the sellers explaining the issue and asking for either a refund or alternative, as in my mind you can't sell a product that doesnt work and is defective, and i never received a response. I also got in contact with amazon, who usually are really great with returns, but stated there was nothing that could be done due to hygeine reasons.... So apparently you can now sell stuff on here which doesnt work, and for a pretty dear price! So please beware! I know people will turn to this item in desperation, i did! But give it a second thought!

Very informative
Good product info, clear instructions and easy to do steps (there are several steps which need to be timed, but instructions tell you how to lay everything out in order). The difficult bit is getting the blood sample.

:-( A lot of money to waste for pointless results
:-( Watched the You Tube video, very good, followed instructions BUT could not get enough of my blood into that tube even though it happily came out of my finger. Results - intolerant to Nothing??? I know I am intolerant to Cow milk and I am allergic to one other on the list but nothing came up except the positive test control, which given what I already knew about my allergies I wasn’t able trust.I tried to contact the company but they didn’t respond :-(

Fun and Useful
The Home Food Intolerance kit was very easy to use - I didn't use immediately because I thought it would be complicated, it wasn't. It gave, what I presume to be accurate, results of the foods to limit or stay clear of. Just follow the instructions carefully and take your time. Since doing the test I have refrained from eating the foods it indicated and have felt much better in general. An interesting product.

Waste of money!
The pipette provided to collect the blood sample doesn’t work despite multiple attempts by me and my mother so the whole product was useless. I would like to request a refund but have been told I’m outside the returns window even though I purchased in September and the product is not fit for purpose.

On the right path
I have read the reviews that say an IgG antibody test is not a doctor approved test to know if you have food intolerances. I agree that there are not significant studies completed regarding IgG and food intolerance. Usually, these intolerances don't register on IgE allergy tests, which doctors are willing to test. In the United States, I have begun to see more double blind test studies conducted (from 2010 on) that indicate food intolerances do occur and IgG antibody tests can detect this. These studies are conducting longer tests testing various foods. These studies are beginning to show that these issues exist. Personally, I feel better by not eating the foods indicated by the test. My test results show that I should not consume large amounts of milk, eggs, and all grains. One month and half ago I started to cut out milk products and gluten and felt better. This test helped me realize I should cut out more foods. I have significantly more energy, less brain fog, and less overall pain. I am not saying that this test is a cure-all, but I definitely feel like it helped me get on the right path to improve my overall health.

Not sure what to say. I followed the instructions ...
Not sure what to say.I followed the instructions step by step (also watched a you tube video on how to perform the test). At the end of the test there were not even a slight blue or slight dark dot against any of the food. Thus or I've absolutely not even a slight intolerance or the test didn't work for me.
