Can I use these with a senor dryer - one that only continues to dry if there is moisture in the clothes?

Yes they work fine I have a condenser dryer with sensor. I love them they've almost halved my drying time. Hope this helps

Do you use them with washing or only when drying clothes?

I would suggest that you only use them with drying clothes but if you have a washer dryer and for this reason you wanted to put them straight in with your washing then I would suggest that you try them first with towels etc and see how they get on.. I can't really see any reason why they wouldn't be OK as they are only plastic but to be sure that they do not damage your laundry I would give them a test run first

Dont see why not, they wont melt, as there designed to go in a tumble dryer.
