VARTA Batteries AAA, Pack of 40, Industrial Pro, Alkaline

I used these in remote alarm sensors always been really reliable, always change them every 2 years before they die completely, the larger pack is so much cheaper than smaller packs

First batch were slightly damaged with the powder that comes from corroded batteries but Amazon replaced quickly with zero hassle

Having experienced cheap batteries leaking and destroying an expensive torch l vowed to never again use ‘cheap’ batteries which is why I now generally use Varta batteries.I have found these German-made batteries to be long lasting and trouble free. They are also excellent value for money.They come in an environmentally friendly plain cardboard packaging. They do not contain any mercury nor cadmium. Their shelf life is 10 years. I have found them long lasting in a variety of uses: torches, computer mice, children’s toys, remotes, etc. They have consistently performed well. From a price perspective l have found them cheaper than other high-profile brands which are heavily advertised. Vitally they have never leaked on me.Thus excellent quality and reliability at a good price.Recommended.

Good quality and value batteries.

After having so many of those "branded copper top" batteries go all leaky on me I have now moved over to the Varta range.So far they seem to be much better, dont seem to be anywhere near as leaky, OK they may not have the staying power as the "big brand" ones but then that means you dont tend to leave them in an item only to find they have leaked and wrecked the inside of the battery compartment or worse the electronics.

OK Battery, but not sure batteries lasted overly long. I learned that Energizers Alkaline that I really like own Varta.
