Affordable very good quality MCT Oil
I'm currently following a ketogenic diet and found this MCT oil to be not only affordable (much cheaper than other known brands) but yet tastes the same, tasteless. This is not a pure c8 mct oil but I could not tell the difference. I found it to be good quality and preferred the glass bottle (no contamination or leaking that you may get from plastic bottles).

Bulletproof Coffee: Mix 2 tsp butter with 2 tsp MCT oil and finished coffee. Whip creamy and enjoy. Edible fat and oil substitute: The MCT oil can be used as edible oil. Ideal for dressings, salads, sauces and much more. However, it should not be a heated above 120 degrees Celsius because of decomposition and fire hazard.
