On the positive side, these sweets are absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed eating 8 of them this afternoon. On the negative side, there’s a teeny little note that says “Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.” If you buy these sweets please be advised that 8 is “excessive”, and that “may have” means “will definitely have” and “ a laxative effect means “five hours (and counting) of the most explosive liquid bowel cleanse you have ever experienced with a likely 5lb immediate weight loss.” The good news is that this methodology will ensure I never have more than one of these delicious sweets at a time ever again. I wish all my favourite treats had such a great limiting feature built in.

If these were competing with "regular" sweeties then they'd be one star. Wrapping and appearance isn't good.But they do taste nice. So if you're cutting carbs then they're a relief from cabbage and weird tasting carb replacements.They're not evenly mixed either. I only found a single spearmint chew for example (cry). It would be nice if the seller would try harder to balance the mix.Thanks tho. to the seller. It makes me feel more normal to be able to have an occasional indulgence and I'll certainly recommend and buy them again.

I have bought these a few times as I am diabetic - alas, with a sweet tooth!700g represents a reasonable size bag of sweets that last me quite a while - as taking too many can have a laxative affect!My only gripe is that the mixture varies greatly with every order. Sometimes I get mainly chewy flavours and sometimes its predominantly boiled sweets. There are never enough sherbert lemons (so I buy those separately)!

As a diabetic I was really looking forward to these sweets. Unfortunately they haven't lived up to expectation. Most of the sweets seem to have a generic flavour, some of them indistinguishable from each other, although they look different. The mint and liquorice flavours are okay, but there were only a few in the bag. The sweets do give a sugar hit so worth buying if that's what you want.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste , they were no different to those with sugar, but both myself and my husband both had upset stomachs if we ate more than three, he is diabetic, so thought these would be great, our Dr seems to think we may have a reaction to the sweetener , however this does not take away the fact, that the sweets arrived quickly and were very nice.
