How much does it hold

The cup holds 300ml. A pint is around 450ml and half a pint is 225ml so it is just over half a pint, like a normal mug size.

Can i use this cup if i'm laid in bed & don't have to lift my neck off the pillow to have a drink ?

The lid with the straw hole will leak if the cup is tilted - assuming you wont get a good seal round the straw. The other lid with the spout may be ok if the cup is tipped up. There are other cups on sale on Amazon that have angled spouts and these might be more suitable for a prone drinking position.

My grandma has lost the ability to suck, does this just drip into the mouth when tipped please ?

Yes it will drip very slowly when tipped as long as the correct top is fitted (the one with the rectangular nozzle). You may have to repeat the tipping action several time to allow air back into the beaker between drinks.

Is this cup suitable for hot tea and coffee ?

We use it for my gran's coffee, but it's only warm not hot. Make it in a normal mug and pour into this cup so not putting boiling water in it.
