No software available
Very disappointed. Relies on "downloadable software" which is heavily advertised in conjunction with the product, and provides web address for download. Web address takes you to online store with no mention of magi-pics and no links to download any software. Couldn't find the software through any general internet searches either.

A present for my daughter's birthday - she likes it, but it is not as good as I thought it would be. Keeps her amused though.

Very disappointed
Much awaited present from Santa turned out to be most disappointing present from Santa!! Initial set up of "studio" is fiddly and too lengthy with an eager child keen to make stationery. instructions are confusing and unhelpful and overall result is actually very disappointing and nothing like the glossy stationery depicted on the box. Blank stationery in pack was bent/creased and the storage pot for the dough could do with being a bit bigger. As for the downloadable software- the web address given on the instructions just takes you to the Character site where Magi- pics does not appear as a brand. If you type in magi pics in its search field it comes up with nothing. resorted to google search for "magi pics downloadable" and my PC security recommended not to download - would probably be ok I guess but as the rest of the product hadn't impressed me I didn't take the chance. Certainly not worth half of the £19.99 we paid for it.

Rubbish!!! save your money!!!
Impossible to set up or even begin to understand the instructions!, my daughter was thinking it was something you can just easily do straight away....?? oh no!!!, takes about an hour to finally get your head around it then realise you have to download stuff to put on the cards etc?? to put it simple its a mind boggling thing, & big waste of money ever!!!

Do not buy this toy unless you are prepared to spend an inordinate amount of time deciphering the insructions. A very unimpressed daughter.
