If you can afford to buy 5kg/11lbs of Cocoa powder at once, this is the way to go. Buying in bulk brings the cost down to below $10 a pound for what Cooks Illustrated rates the best cocoa powder for baking (and I agree). I usually sell a few pounds to friends so it's not sitting around too long, but you'll be blown away by the rich smell when you open the bag....

Does not have the bitter chocolate taste I am fond of. Need for adding sugar or flavoring greater than other unsweetened cocoa powder.
