A great, filling snack. Has a crunchy casing and soft inside. It's a little greasy, though not too much. The package has the perfect amount to fit into a large mason jar, which makes for nice presentation on my work desk! ...for about a week or two, before it's all gone!

Fresh and tasty. Much cheaper than I can get at the Tillamook store where they are actually made.

I bought these just to go along with something else and qualify for free shipping. And they were totally worth it. Nice beef sticks. Smoky flavor, but otherwise unremarkable. Not spicy at all, not a very distinctive flavor, but I enjoy eating them.

These smoked sausages have really good flavor and a nice texture. They’re a great snack and easy to take on the go. The seasoning is well balanced and they don’t taste overly greasy.

Tasted like cardboard. No flavor and biting into it the first time tells me this meat stick sucks. Nothing like actually going to the Tillamook factory to get the real fresh ones. Pain in the ass to return for me right now so I will just keep it as a dog treat if I come across a dog or cat on the street.

These are a nice little snack. Not having excess sugar and ingredients is important in my household. Gluten free is also necessary. These are great for a snack or light meal. Paired with some good cheese it makes it seem almost like pepperoni and cheese. The spices of these sticks is subtle but definitely flavorful. They are great after they are in the fridge and chilled(did not try when not chilled). Texture is similar to pepperoni or slimjim (from what I remember anyway - haven't had in years and years) but without the excess junk. Do wish they were individually wrapped but this is the better bargain for the price that I could find.

These are convenient for snacking. They taste great but are a little bit too dry for my tastes. Good sausage, dogs love them, too.
