Great product. nice taste, provides a nice boost during active days....perfect for a hard day of work or when I travel. Was curious about the idea that it would help against hangover, and it does the trick very well I must say. I tend to take one before going out and it makes a difference.

Great for getting hydrated would be 5 stars if it didnt taste like bath water use lots of juice but good stuff

Unable to write a detailed review as I purchased these for my son who's off to Australia for a month, although he said stop fussing he's taken them , I used Amazon reviews to help me choose these I did have an idea what I wanted but wasn't sure which ones gave the best results to repair the body when dehydrated ,

Unfortunately half of the ones we received weren’t usable as the power was hardened Inside the sachets - usually I love them!

Before and after a night out, and even the following morning, this stuff undoes the damage too much booze does.Also, if you habitually forget to drink enough water during the day, these are great to reset you.

I don't drink often but when I do, I drink a lot. Way more than I should! So I bought these as a fast rehydration/recovery and they work wonders. I would drink 1-2 (depending on how must I've drunk) as soon as I get home. Sometimes one before or during. They work wonders!
