If you are new to sales training, then this book is for you! Sales Training Basics is a power packed book that is not full of fluff and it does not take hours upon hours to consume. Within the pages of the book are a number of elements that are "spot on" regarding sales training. Angela has done an excellent job putting together a simple and concise book for anyone that is responsible for developing training for sales professionals.I love the fact the book also contains a number of practical ideas that can easily be implemented into your training. These ideas range from coaching to activities (p 143 and p110 respectively). Again, some very solid content to get you up and going quickly and easily.

This book is exactly what I needed to start my new role as a sales trainer. Great ideas and what I loved was the specific steps and examples that were given.

Angela has pulled together talented people to create this resource. She understands sales people and sales leadership. And she understands how to design and develop programs and curriculum that connect sales people to results. This is a great resource - no need to read it cover to cover. Go in and grab what you need when you need it. Ideas to help newcomers and veterans. Nice job Angela!
