Great size for clay modelling.

Light in weight - convenient size and suitable for baking and other crafts
I bought two of these rolling pins and I am using one with clay and the other for baking. They are a convenient size and light in weight. My current rolling pin is very heavy and bulky to use so this size is much easier to use and lighter to work with. The circumference is 2.2cm and length is 15cm and it is solid (no hole in the middle) or handles. It is a very plain design and white in colour. It arrived sealed in firm plastic and stapled with cardboard that was printed with details of the manufacture PME Arts & Crafts Stock No PP 85. Made in Taiwan. I used one so far with clay and just washed it out in the sink with soapy water and dried it with a towel. I am sure it is suitable to wash in a dishwasher.

Great Quality, Small and Handy Non-stick Rolling Pin
Good quality small rolling pin. Nice non-stick coating and good weight to it despite being small. I am using it for polymer clay and its great - clay doesn't stick to it. I bought the space rings to go with it, so I can attach them at each end to roll clay to my desired event thickness. This would be a great rolling pin for icing or dough too.

Got this for rolling out polymer clay, its a great size. It is quite small so might not be ideal for every thing but its great for clay work

Great little rolling pin for fondant and modelling paste
I had been debating about getting one of these for ages and had always made do with my 9" rolling pin but I eventually did buy one and I am so so glad that I did. It is brilliant for rolling out small bits of fondant or modelling paste and I find I can get it much thinner. Well worth buying.

Macht was es soll - in Perfektion!
Ich habe mir von diesem Gerät nichts erhofft, doch wurde trotzdem positiv überrascht! Ich brachte einen kleinen Ausrollstab für einen 1-Personen-Pizzateig. Dieser ist nicht groß und auch die Teigfläche ist sehr minimalistisch, wodurch handelsübliche Teigroller zu groß waren. Dieser Ausrollstab hat zwar keine Griffe (zum Glück!), verteilt den Teig jedoch stets gleichmäßig auf dem Blech und selbst, wenn der Teig als Kleber an den Fingern haftet, sorgt die Antihaftbeschichtung für eine frustfreie Bearbeitung. Für einen "größeren Teig", wie dem einer Familien-Pizza oder eines Brotes, würde ich zum großen Teigroller greifen, doch für meine 1-Mann-Nahrungsportionen ist er perfekt. Funktioniert auch mit Falafel- und Seitanteig.
