The pain I had in my back has completely been relieved using this cushion.It is, I have to say and very effective measure of relieving any lower back pain.As a result of having lower back pain, I had referred pain in my hips, thighs, knees and radiating right into my ankles/feet region.Very uncomfortable when I was driving. NOW I am so much more comfortable. Little or no pain.The other advantage of this cushion is, it positions my body higher up in the car seat, therefore able to look out better through the windscreen.Such a fantastic product.Believe me I wouldn't spend any time writing a review, if I thought it wasn't worth writing about.Highly recommended for anyone with lower back pain.You must position the cushion, so that the tail of your spine can sit in the hole of the cushion. So your turning the cushion around so that your spine sits between the two pieces of cushioned fabric that supports your thighs.Brilliant product.When its worn out, I'll be back to buy another. I've used this cushion for nearly a month now and it's been really good. It's moulded to my shape and hasn't gone flat. I've sat at my computer on a hard kitchen chair with this cushion and I've had no discomfort even using it all day. It's slightly wider than the chair so plenty of space and the non slip base stops it sliding out. In all I'm really pleased I bought this as I struggled to justify the price but it was well worth it - recommended.

10 days ago I found out the hard way why it is not a good idea to use an office chair as a wheelchair. I fell out and hit my coccyx on a solid floor ouch, ouch, ouch. At least it distracted me from the pain in my knee, but that's another story..... Until you can't sit you don't realise how often we do:- going to work, at work, using the PC, eating out, cinema, doctors waiting room, and if you stand up people look at you strangely. What to do? Well a few minutes research online and I found the cush. The logic of it seemed to make perfect sense, a ring shaped cushion would not have helped, as it's just a small area that needs to be suspended plus a ring cushion would interfere with the circulation to my legs. The cush means I can sit down almost without thinking about it, I have been able to take it out and even managed 3 hours at a concert, which would have been unthinkable without. Just make sure that if you're short like me, you line the front of the cush up with the front of the seat and use cushions to support your back if needed. If you place the cushion too far back, then your "sore bits" will not be in the right place. I haven't had to remove the cover yet for cleaning, but it looks fairly straightforward. Don't suffer any more - buy one of these!

I have been unable to sit down AT ALL, without excruciating pain for over 10 years due to damaged discs in my spine. I have had Wallis implants surgically installed. These has been brilliant in stopping what feels like my discs grinding together and also making my back feel stronger.Unfortunately the implants have not helped with the pain when sitting down - making travel and socialising pretty depressing.I am waiting to hear about further back surgery but sadly our UK NHS is in meltdown - it could be a very, very long wait ...Anyway - thanks to your Cushion, I am now able to sit down for up to a minute, twice a day with very little pain. It doesn't sound much but it is a start and gives me a glimmer of hope, which is the world to me!!

Great product. So far I have used it on my chair at work, in the car, sofa / kitchen table at home. Am thinking of purchasing another one to leave in the car rather than keep taking it to and from the office. Also because it's black it's quite discreet.I tried a couple of other cushions before purchasing this one and it's by far the best. I have a coccyx bone injury and so was looking for a cushion that would be soft/cushioning but not too soft that it would flatten down when I'm sitting on it. I also needed it to have enough of a U shaped gap at the back for my coccyx bone. This one is perfect. Some of the others don't have a wide enough space and are too hard. Thanks Cush Comfort!

Unfortunately the memory foam isn’t firm enough and then my tail bone doesn’t get the needed elevation. I’m a light person, so it is not a weight problem.

High quality item that dies help my back. However being tall, if used in the car it pushes me too high up and makes driving difficult!

This cushion was purchased for an uncomfortable office chair that was new but couldn't be used due to it being so uncomfortable. Since purchasing this Cush Comfort Cushion the chair has been in constant use and it now very comfortable. This cushion is an extremely worth while purchase and I would recommend this Cush Comfort Cushion to anyone. Problem solved, thank you.
