Deuserband 1 Piece

I absolutely love this! I've spent so long searching for something to stretch my with that you can buy in the UK. I've been wanting something to help stretch out my arabesque and my centre splits and after using it once I've already noticed a difference! I plan to use this every day. Given 4/5 stars as when I was stretching my splits I was scared of how tightly the band was stretched, I know it know it has a lot of give to it but I'm paranoid of it snapping. I'm 5'6" for a little added info. Also it dug in to my back a little.

Good quality sports band.

Ordered 2 of these for dancing for my daughter and her friend (both age 9), they use them every week to strengthen their leg muscles and do splits. We were advised to get these over the thinner ones and those who bought the other types have found they have snapped or stretched too much after a month so best to get these if your using them often and the adult dancers also use them so it will last a good few years hopefully.

I first ordered one of these bands ten years ago to follow an exercise plan given to me to help with a frozen shoulder. It did the job and I have been doing stretching exercises daily ever since.I have continued using deuser bands since then as they are very durable and yes they did wear out eventually but that was to be expected as I used them a lot!My latest band was coming to the end of its life so went to my Amazon order history and reordered a new one as usual.My suspicions were raised immediately when receiving the parcel as it was smaller and lighter than expected and after opening it, the box housing the band itself was about half the size it used to be.My fears were confirmed after extracting the band from the box, it was only about half the length it used to be so i can no longer do the majority of the exercises I used to do. I checked on the site to make sure I had not ordered the wrong length but its just one size only so not only have they reduced the size dramatically they have the cheek to charge even more for it than I paid the last time!There were a couple of diagrams on the box showing example exercises but if you are more than 4 foot tall you will have great difficulty following t them with this band!I will never buy one of their products again.

Got this band cause my box splits needed work. This band helped allot with my splits but also my strength (i can lift my leg higher as well ) after using it for only 2weeks so far I see a massive difference all ready. Well worth getting on.

Excellent price and product. I have other bands that are stronger and shorter and this appears to be the best made and perfect length. It was recommended to me a some dancers that regularly use them. For stretching I sometimes use two of these together to get more of a stretch. An excellent product and highly recommended.

This product is exactly what my daughter needed to strengthen her leg muscles for dancing.The only minor criticism is that , as this is a German product, all the included information was only in German with no English translation
