Mystic Moments | Ghassoul (Rhassoul) Natural Clay 500g - Pure & Natural Vegan GMO Free

I use this either as an exfoliant scrub or as a mask. A small amount goes a long way as it takes in a lot of water when mixing it up for use. As a scrub I mix a small teaspoon and scrub aroung for a minute or so before rinsing. Much gentler than most scrubs but leaves your skin really smooth and dewy. I mix about 3 teaspoons for a masque and leave it on about 10 minutes before rinsing. It really brightens, cleans and refreshes my skin and seems to give the perfect balance of neither oily not dry. Its the best clay mask I've ever used and excellent value as it is in powder form.

OK, this is a lovely quality Rhassoul and a tremendous bargain at the price I paid.I'm really disappointed that it comes in a plastic though. As a more environmentally sound washing product and shampoo, the plastic packaging sucks BIG.Packaging aside, this clay delivers all the things a good rhassoul should. Silky, smooth, mildly exfoliating, clarifying, brightening. The list goes on. Great for your face, your hair (though I prefer soapnuts for my hair) under arms, foot soak.I've been buying from mystic moments for years and they never fail to deliver great quality. Very happy. Would definitely purchase again if packaging was changed to paper or cardboard tubes.

I started using it recently. I mixed it with my deep conditioner, and so far, so good. I noticed that it cleansed and nourished my hair as it left undeniably shiny, so it is excellent if you have an oily scalp and suffer from build-ups. I have 4c hair, so I noticed some comments with type 4 hair saying it leaves your hair soft, and as for that, I did not notice for my hair. So, I will keep using it and see any other results, and I will update it here. The powder is only 500g, so for me, that washes my hair once a week can last half a year or more if used solely for this intent.

I found instructions on how to use it for washing my hair, instead of regular shampoo, it's amazing, and I have baby fine hair. Been using for only a few months but see the difference. I sent for 3 more as it was on offer. I use enough clay my hair needs with cider vinegar and warm water to a creamy texture, leave it on for 10-30min, it removes all the oils from all night or 10min prior washing. Last rinse of cider vinegar. Once a week, wish I knew about it sooner in my younger years, had to wash my hair daily to look good. Love it

Well packaged and speedy delivery. I've used Rhassoul before and I love it, will probably add some of the essential oils I purchased from MM to my Rhassoul face and hair masks.I have oily, sensitive skin on my face but dry skin and discoid eczema on my body so I may try it on the eczema also.Anyway, I've used other brands before, which were good. One was micronised (which means finely ground, I think), so it was easy to mix and wash out but it wasn't cheap. I then tried a cheaper brand which wasn't micronised (it was bits of clay), but it was v hard to mix and wash out. They were both good on my face and scalp though - no sensitivity, irritation and helped my spots. BTW I ALWAYS add EVOO to my hair masks and sometimes add it to my face masks.Delivery - this was supposed to have been delivered with the rest of my order from Mystic Moments on 23rd or 24th December, but I still hadn't received the parcel by late afternoon on the 24th.I then contacted Amazon and had them email the seller, who responded and said it had been dispatched a day after the order was placed .Some time after that, I remembered that I had been sitting on a 'Sorry You Were Out Card' from the Royal Mail, which I then realised must be the parcel from Mystic Moments. So, I went down to the Sorting Office today and yes, it was - D'oh!. I hadn't realised that this was the parcel as it arrived days before the estimated delivery date.So my sincere apologies to Mystic Moments for my error, and a big thank you to both Amazon and Mystic Moments for your help :)

So I bought this to replace my shampoo and conditioner for my 4c normal-low porosity hair.I love it!!! I mix it with water and drop a bit of peppermint oil. Mix it up in a bowl with a plastic spoon still it’s smooth and apply to damp hair and my scalp.It helps define my hair (not my concern but it’s nice) and I just leave it on my hair, do my shower routine and rinse it out last. It leaves my hair super soft! The softest it’s ever been with all of the different shampoos and conditioners I’ve tried. WASTE OF MONEY.I also mix it in an applicator bottle with water, peppermint oil and some other oils so it’s more watery and use it mid week to add in some moisture and it works well with that!IN ADDITION: I use it as a face cleanser now. I just add a little to my palm, put in some water, mix it up and apply it to my face and just leave it on till I wash it off with my hands and flannel in the shower. Works perfectly well to clean my face and it’s cheap!!I love this clay and I am going to start experimenting with other clays in the future.

Ive always used bentonite clay in the past but wanted to try Rhassoul as I heard it had great conditioning properties. I have naturally high porosity 4b/c textured hair. First time i tried this i used acv and water to mix with and my hair felt extremely dry afterwards so i left it a month and tried it again recently but this timevi made a diy hair mask i used hibiscus tea, evo, and a moisturising conditioner, i had a much better result my hair felt softer and it rinsed out leaving no residue. So the reason for giving 3 stars is because on its own it didn't do anything for my hair i felt it left my hair very dry and in order for it to work i had to add a number of other ingredients.
