Vinyl LP repressing of this 1992 album, released to coincide with the album's 20th Anniversary. Pi*ed off and angry is the best way to describe Rage Against the Machine's first album. A fierce mix of hip-hop, punk & heavy rock exploded all over the music scene in 1992. At first sight an unlikely band; Tom Morello, a nerdy guitar hero who played his guitar like a DJ, political activist Zack de la Rocha who spitted out his lyrics with a vengeance. Together with Brad Wilk on drums and Tim C. on bass they produced one of the most angry records of 90's. The album even contained, dare we say it, hit singles like 'Killing in the name of' and 'Bullet in the head'. Put the needle on the record and get blown away (again)! Review: Class album - All tracks great Review: Great album - This album is fantastic. I got a copy second hand to replace the long lost copy I got back in the day from a seller here and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Positive review is both for the seller and this five star classic I wanted my daughter to experience.

Full on rage from Zak and the band.
All that raging energy from the early nineties. So many good people and music from that era. Great for getting the cobwebs out. Zak la Rocca, Boom.

**** you-I won't do what you tell me!!!
Awesome album!I remember when this came out in the early 90's and I was at a vw beetle festival in cornwall-there were rules all over the place about not jumping in the swimming pool at night and so on and I remember seeing a group of surfer dudes chanting the chorus of killing in the name of(****you I won't do what you tell me!)and all jumping into the pool-I bought the album a few days later and thought it was brilliant!I've recently bought it again as lost my old copy-loved it a few years ago when killing in the name got to number 1 instead of x-factor crap!Thats the thing with that song and all other songs on this album-they haven't really dated and the message will always be there raging against the "machine"!Buy this album!!!

5 stars just isnt enough....
I pretty much agree with all the other 5 star comments for this album. A very motivating and inspirational album. I have been a massive fan of Rage for many years now, I have all the albums and DVDs, I have seen them live and have also personally met the legend that is Tom Morello. I first Heard this album about 10 years ago and was instantly hooked. I could go on to talk about all the individual members and how well they work together and all the other ins and outs of the band but all I really want to say is that I am a huge Rage fan, and this album is definitely worth buying. Just pre-ordered the 20th anniversary box set and cant wait to get my hands on it.
