Great customer service for a useful product! I had to message them and they immediately sent in the missing piece plus more! Face shield is comfortable enough in terms of weight, clear and doesn’t fog up as compared to the flimsy face shields. It’s relatively hard to assemble as you have to really push in the screws to keep the shield in place on the bracket. I had to use hole punches to make the hole bigger so the screws can be pushed in. But once it got assembled and I tried it on, I liked it! Product works great for me as a nurse. I’ve had issues with the hospital face shield provided to us as being thin and comes off easily, and this face shield doesn’t have those issues. The clear shield has a considerable space from your face - can wear eyeglasses and also removes the fog issue. The face shield stays put as I can adjust the elastic band. Thanks also for providing me with the new version -which allowed me to compare. The new version is easier to assemble and head bracket is a different plastic material, though I prefer the black color of the current version . Both are made in USA. I’ll have to see how sturdy both are as I use them more. I’ve been buying different face shields and this brand is satisfactory. Definitely useful face shields to use in the healthcare setting.

I bought this face shield to work as a small animal emergency veterinarian where social distancing to treat the animals is not possible. I pair it with proper masks. I tested several face shields, and this is my favorite! I also purchased the newer model, which is good if extra room is needed for magnifying glasses. For my small head size, the FS 1.5 model works great. I like the fact that it wraps around my head so I feel protected even from the side. It also makes me feel good to purchase an American made item, especially during these economically challenging times. I have already encouraged my colleagues and family to purchase this or the FS 1.2 model. I was prompted today to write a review, something I usually forget to do, by their top notch customer service. In a separate order, I purchased the replacement shields, but did not realize there are separate ones for the two models. I called and left message about receiving ones instead for the 1.5 model. Immediately received a call back and email indicating they would send the replacements for this other model today. They also provided detailed instructions with pictures on how to change out the shield. The individuals I spoke to and communicated with our very dedicated and customer service oriented. Hopefully, they also realize that their products have helped me and likely many others stay safe and well during this pandemic. Strongly recommend both the product and company. The shield itself is comfortable to wear with the neoprene strap and often forget that I have it on.

I bought the face shield to wear over my mask for an airplane trip. It was great as far as clarity, but a little cumbersome. However, it gave me extra protection.

Not bad. It’s relatively sturdy. I wear this all day as a COVID nurse in an inpatient hospital COVID unit. It’s a little heavy, but overall relatively comfortable. I thought it would have hinges to allow for flipping it up, but it does not. The clear plastic part of the shield slips on and off onto these little nubs. So, it’s easy for the shield to just get knocked off or slip off with general use. Also, since I clean it and use it so much, the plastic at the top which is cut-out to fit in the notches, (where it attaches to the hard black plastic headband part), has become deformed and will soon stop attaching all together, necessitating the purchase of a new face shield. I’ve used it for about 3 months... we’ll see how long it lasts and when I have to replace it. I feel better protected with it over top of my other N-95 and surgical masks, so it’s performing it’s function for now.

I am a dental hygienist. I worked with this shield ( version 1.5) from May 2019 to March 2020 4-5 days per week 8 h per day. I never changed the lense. It ended up being a little scratched where my light stands ( I have loupes with light attached to my frame). I changed the strap in March because I ended up stretching it. I changed office in March but left the shield behind and after trying different options, I got frustrated with the quality of what I had. I just bought the version 2.0 and I am back to comfort. I really like the foam on the forehead, the strap, but really what I love is the quality of the lense. I need to see what I do. It is easy to wash because it is not bendy. I ma glad I could find it so easily on Amazon.
