First off, the seller, Creatique, is AMAZING. Concerning my makeup brush cleaner order, there was a tiny, Amazon related issue. I contacted the seller & they immediately replied & solved the issue right away.Onto the makeup cleaner itself, after seeing oodles of youtube videos on this style of brush cleaner, I figured I'd "give it a whirl"... ; ) I purchased mine from Creatique due to the price, their seller rating & a few perks, including a nifty storage bag for the cleaner!I finally had a chance to try it out, on my very-makeup-filled brushes (due to medical issues, it's very hard for me to stand at a sink for any extended amount if time, so my poor brushes were getting neglected). It worked just as shown, took much less time & was rather fun too~ Since my brushes needed a major cleaning, they took a few more runs through the cleaner & I also ran them through a rinse, using the same method with just plain clean water, which really helped. I'm sure they'll be much easier to clean from now on!The cleaner worked, again, as described, was easy to use & fast. The wand part has one speed setting, but it was definitely fine on my thicker brushes as well as the finer ones. When done, the thicker brushes were very slightly damp but the finer brushes spun nearly completely dry. Remember to hand mold the bristles back to shape when they're done being spun, to maintain their shape.If you don't wait too long between cleanings, it'll work just fine : ) I plan to give one of these cleaners to my daughter (in her 20's) too, she'll really enjoy it!

Batteries were not included, although they were advertised on the box. However, I think this little machine is well worth the money! The process is a bit easier in videos. With the first brush, I had to dunk and dry about three times before I was satisfied. The kind of liquid soap or cleanser you use will make all the difference. The brushes also take longer to dry than expected, but this beats waiting up to 24 hours for them to fully dry.

Love this brush cleaning set! It works exactly as described and my brushes have never looked better. Very easy to use and it works on every make-up brush I have, and I have over 20 peices ranging from large to small in size. I love the bag it comes in, I can store everything in there and it takes up no space on my bathroom counter. Excellent value for the money!

It arrived just on time like promised and came in this very cute bag as pictured above. I love how it cleaned all my brushes, including the big ones!! As soon as I got it I put it to the test. Every brush you can imagine, with all the filth it can handle. I have to say, I LOVE this little machine. It does the job and it does it well. From waterproof make up to annoying pigment that just don't seem to come off. The bag that comes with it is too cute and I can even use that for travel purpose. Extremely happy and what a great gift for Christmas :)

I ordered this because of the good reviews and the video i saw online. Love it! There was a small learning curve at first but instructions are included and i quickly got the hang of it. MUCH faster than the traditional way of cleaning makeup from brushes. Love the drying feature too —it basically spins the water out. The drying is also MUCH faster than the traditional drying after brush cleaning. Would definitely recommend!

I was skeptical about this product but it actually works!! But I have to used brush cleaner because soap and water didn’t clean the brushes well.

Love this thing! Finally an answer to a problem that all ladies face... how to clean makeup brushes! Well search no more, this makeup brush cleaner provides an easy way to quickly and effectively clean make up brushes.It works amazingly just as described, it cleans AND dries brushes in seconds!! Dense brushes take a little longer to dry, so just have to let them spin a little longer but it's far better then the day or two drying time I use to deal with. I can use them again immediately after because the brushes are spun completely dry! Totally worth the investment. I've recommended it to others and they love it too!

This does not work. My husband bought me this for Christmas and he was so excited for me to test it out. It just doesn’t work. My brushes don’t get clean and they don’t dry. The concept is neat but the product doesn’t work.
