If i buy this can i also use the durable barrier cream. son has terrible nappy rash and i'm already using the barrier cream but want a bit more oompf!

Sorry, don't know why I was listed as user of barrier cream as all I use is the plaster remover. however, as a matter of basic principles it is never a good idea to use two products on the same area of skin at the same time. Firstly because you do not know what new chemical is produced by mixing two on the same area, secondly always be careful with delicate baby skin in case you set up sensitivity or even allergy. Use one or the other and only things designed for baby use. Leaving skin dry and exposed to air whenever possible and a without a nappy helps healing, then one barrier cream only when covering sore area. Basic over the counter cream was always good and is still used in my grown up family and their babies (doctors now so should know what they are doing). Good luck with your little one!

Yes it is. I've been using it for years, sprayed directly onto the skin, as a barrier film against leaks of bodily fluids, particularly in relation to stoma care.

Whats the difference between this(3346E) and the 3346P ?

I think the answer may simply be: packaging! From my personal purchases I can see that the 3346E comes in a simple see-through poly-wrap, and the 3346P comes in a box with instructions. The product is the same.
