Breathing Exercise Device for Lungs: 6-Level Adjustable Lung Trainer

Excellent device

Have seen other types of breathing trainers, but this is good for just sitting in your chair watching a show. How do you recommend it could tell an instant difference. It’s since been using it. I only have to use it once or twice a week. I wouldn’t use this while running or exercising because it’s not made to hold your mouth while you’re doing that other than that I recommend I think it would be perfect for elderly in nursing homes. Don’t take that the wrong way works for me doctor approved.

It’s good lung exercise but I was just hoping it was better (tougher to exhale) than other tools that my respiratory therapist recommended years ago.I even bought another brand but they were almost identical.

This is sort of odd to use. It doesnt feel like it works as well as the ones they give you to use at the hospital. It's fine, but I wouldn't purchase again.

This item looks like kids toys but is very effective, i suffer from COPD and this Breathing trainer has been a great help for me and my lungs. every time i use it i feel much better and it clear up my chest congestion's !
