Doesn’t keep charge as well as old Mophie
Doesn’t hold charge as well as old mophie case.easy to put phone into case. Pink color rubs off easily. Just ok

Quality
I had Apples battery case which I bought 4 years ago. In those 4 years Apple replaced it 2 times. I was fortunate enough to of had a Warrenty on. From wear and tear I needed a new one but didn’t want to pay what Apple charges for it. I seen this one for way less so I thought what do I have to lose and ordered it. I believe they sent the wrong color which I was ok with , it fit perfectly it even shuts off when the phone is charged so you have control of when to charge your phone. If you’re looking for the perfect battery case I highly recommend. I don’t usually find many products that are worthy of 5 stars but so far I am really happy with it.

Can’t figure out how to make it work
This case is pretty. It’s heavy. I can’t say that it improves battery life. The 4 lights are lit up but my iPhone still goes dead. It’s probably something that I’m doing wrong.

Overheating my phone
5 minutes after I turn on the battery my phone overheats.

iPhone back up battery
I have to remove from iPhone to charge. Does not charge quickly. I use it as once charged will give iPhone the boost to charge to get thru the day

Hard to hold, long time to recharge
So far The phone slid out my hand twice. Once while I was laying down and hit me in my face. LOL I noticed the phone is not easy to hold in your hand without it shifting. Should design like the other cases with tackiness on the sides. Let it charge over night and it was still charging this morning. Not sure what that’s about but appears it takes a while to charge back up.
