Cheap but works really well for me.
My dentist told me I was brushing my teeth too hard and to get an electric toothbrush which will help keep my gums from receding. I don't like electric toothbrushes as a rule because they make me dizzy. I don't know why. My ears are a mess and I am hearing impaired so maybe the vibrations do it. I went with this one because it was cheap and, if it did cause me issues, at least I wouldn't be out a lot of money.I actually like it quite a bit. It does the job and doesn't make me dizzy thankfully. The head is not too firm which is good and it cleans my teeth well. My mouth and teeth feel much cleaner after using this Spinbrush than when I use a manual brush and brush my teeth like crazy (which is what resulted n my gums started to recede and the nerves being exposed. OUCH!).My dentist says my teeth look better and my gums are much less inflamed and have not receded anymore. I was going to buy an expensive toothbrush is this one worked out and didn't cause me to get dizzy but why mess with what woks? This is cheap but it does the job well. I'm sticking with it. My adult son won't use any other toothbrush but the Spinbrush and he has great looking teeth. I'm sold!

Excellent Price
Very resonable priced and toothbrush really helps clean off all the plaque. Teeth feel clean and fresh after. Way better than just a tooth brush. Battery lasts a long time.

I'd a fan of these - they work well and are reasonably priced
- Yup, it's exactly what it is described as being. I've been using the old one for so long that the housing started to loosen, and rather than try to glue it, I ordered a new one :)- The color is pretty much "catch as catch can", but thankfully, they sent me a nice subtle silver-grey - my older one is blue, so I can't mix them up. I'll keep the older one for "miscellaneous tasks", like polishing small items, because it still *works*, I just don't want to get water or mouthwash into it.- I tested the new one, and it works just fine. They even included batteries ;) The fittings seem to be universal across the product line, so one can use whichever *head* one prefers; I like a basic Soft, which is what this one came with. The heads for the Spinbrush are also a good size, just about the same as a regular toothbrush head, which I also like. I like the dual action, too. It's effective, without vibrating the stuffings out of my hand ;)- When the batteries go, I replace them with rechargeable Li-Ion batteries, which work just fine.

Leave your expectations at the door
Original Review July 8, 2015: "Works great, no issues :)"Updated Review September 2016: I expected (for some reason) for this “Arm & Hammer Classic Spinbrush Toothbrush (Battery Operated” to last for quite awhile, so I ordered extra brush tips. I used the toothbrush for about 3 months and the battery died, no problem. Put new batteries in it, and it worked for another month or so and then suddenly the Spinbrush just stopped working. My husband, the ‘handyman extraordinaire’ even looked at it and I had high hopes for it to return to live, no such luck. I ended up having to throw it in the recycling bin. I must say that I was pretty disappointed. I am going to, (I believe this to be reasonable), drop my review to a (4) star rating because I truly expected this Spinbrush to last at least (6) months.I apologize it took me so long to write the updated review, I had a major back surgery and have been completely pretty much useless.Thank you for taking the time to read our review!ARM & HAMMER Spinbrush Classic Clean Battery Toothbrush

Found this battery toothbrush great at cleaning my teeth - readon for details...
For me, when I read the reviews about this toothbrush, I was just a bit unsure as to whether to purchase this battery powered toothbrush OR NOT...However, I did and I am glad I did! What I found is that this brush is so gentle and cleans both my teeth and massages my gums wonderfully (I have Gingivitis and tender gums and this toothbrush has helped my dental health improve). My gums are now a healthy pink, teeth very clean etc!Yes, it comes with a non dual, older style of brush head. But this is what I discovered:1) When I brush, I brush rapidly in a CIRCULAR MOTION and take my time. I brush for two FULL minutes and also I brush TWO TO THREE times daily at least. *By brushing in a circular motion and focusing on each tooth and in between each tooth, gumline etc, this really does a through and effective cleaning for me.2) I purchased the SOFT brush because this is recommended over a medium or hard one.3) The brush head I replace exactly at 3 months and also, I thoroughly clean this brush after each use (according to directions).4) After brushing, I rinse with Listerine Antiseptic Rinse and my teeth and gums are very clean and I am very happy with the results.5) Because this is NOT a Sonic type, I was able to find Dual Action replacement brushes that fit this one in a local brick and mortar store.

NOPE
This is not the same spin brush anymore. The original model had TWO moving brushes. This model has only one. On top of that, it stopped working after a few weeks of use, but too late to return. Sure, it was cheap, but still not worth the money. I changed over to the Oral B spin brush, same price range of $6 and really LOVE it! Goodbye Spinbrush.

Works quite well and saves time
The small size of the top round brush allows me to get to the teeth all the way in the back. The spins are quite powerful, so it takes less me than suggested 2 minutes to brush (for traditional toothbrush) and teeth still come out feeling clean. The dual-brush feature with separate motions beats the other "major" brand which has only one small round brush, and it costs so so so much less.

The brush is NOT replaceable!!!
I will keep it because I miss my old one. I put the one that I can replace head on my wish list so I get the right one next time!!!!
