So my lab results showed I was dehydrated. I was shocked because I carry a water bottle with me everywhere. Unlike so many people, I actually like water. This flavor pack took me from sips to multiple swigs. I have doubled my water intake. Who knew that flare really would make a difference. It helps me drink less soda because changing out flavors makes it less boring and it also keeps me from snacking as much, because again, my flavor pallet is getting what it needs so I don’t feel the urges to eat just for eating sakes.

I’ve always struggled to stay completely hydrated by drinking just water because I simply do not enjoy the taste or should I say lack of taste of regular water. These packets are amazing because there are yet they don’t have all the added sugars and unnecessary ingredients/chemicals in it. A lot of other powdered mix flavored packets have. Highly recommended, especially the fruit punch and berry flavored

The taste of these Crystal Light drink mixes is pretty good, but the ease with which they mix in cold water is what makes me re-purchase them over and over. I don't have the patience in the morning to stand there shaking a bottle for five minutes.
