Bakers Blade - 5 Pack, Original Professional Grade Scoring Tool - Bakers Lame

I've been looking for something like these for years as I can never seem to get a knife sharp enough to slash the dough properly. Randomly they also came in useful when redecorating as they cut the wallpaper better than a stanley knife it turns out. I'll definitely order some more when we run out as it makes such a difference to the loaves.

good a cheap , just what you need when baking

Pretty good, does the job, would like a more permanent cover for the blade though, even though they're only designed to be used a few times, it's difficult to find a safe place to rest/store.

You can't cover the blades after first use.

Flimsy. Not large enough to cut through dough, ended up all over the handle too. Cap breaks off and can't be replaced so you end up with a dangerous knife sitting around. Utterly useless and expensive

this was overpriced for flimsy plastic blades. A razor blade would have been more effective and much cheaper

Great item. Works really well, it’s a must have when baking bread.

Blade attached to plastic handle. Comes in a pack of 5.Successfully slashed my sourdough at 75% hydration. Something I struggled with in the past with using sharp knive (although a razor blade might also do the job).Does not come with safety cap/cover though.

Cela fait plusieurs années que je fais mon pain moi-même, mais j’ai toujours été insatisfait de mes grignes. J’ai pourtant essayé plusieurs ustensiles, tous plus tranchants les uns que les autres, mais sans réel succès jusqu’à ce que je découvre ENFIN, ces lames de pro. Faciles à utiliser, lames ultra fines (plus qu’une lame de rasoir), le résultat est là ! Il leur manque juste un protège lame pour le rangement, et elles seraient juste parfaites:) en tout cas pour vos grignes, ne cherchez plus, c’est clairement ce produit qu’il vous faut !
