Where exactly does it sit between the legs?

Position it between your upper thighs, not your knees. Squeezing gently at the thighs holds it securely in place and keeps your lower body stable throughout your stroke.

Is it suitable for both adults and younger swimmers?

Yes the pull buoy is available in Adult and Youth sizes to suit different body sizes. Youth size is designed for younger or smaller swimmers.

Will it stay in place during turns?

Yes. When positioned correctly between the upper thighs with a gentle squeeze, it stays secure through turns and push-offs without needing to be repositioned mid-set.

Can it be used alongside Maru hand paddles?

Yes combining the pull buoy with hand paddles is a common training method for building upper body strength and improving stroke power. The pull buoy handles your body position while the paddles add resistance.

How do I look after it?

Rinse with cool fresh water after each session and store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with sharp objects which may damage the board over time.
