Great price for a quality module
Bought this for connecting my NAS to my UDM-SE and open something more than 1g or 2.5g speeds. Plugged in very easily (this should be expected with an SFP module; if not something is wrong) and has worked flawlessly for months. Some people mentioned it running hot, but that is to be expected with a copper 10g connection (one of the reasons I like fibre instead, but had no option here). I'm able to hold a finger on mine for a few seconds before it being fairly uncomfortable, so all is well. Cost was below what "big brand" modules would cost, but was perfectly compatible with my UDM-SE and the connection has been solid since day 1.

Can't beat the price/performance ratio
I bought a two pack of these transceivers (10GbE RJ45). They worked great linking two different brand switches (TRENDnet and Xikestor), so they don't seem to have compatibility issues. I used a 100ft. cable and even though it is technically beyond the 30m distance limit, they still work fine. Setup was simple as they were detected immediately. They run hot, but I haven't found any SFP transceivers that don't.Let's face it. I bought them because they were cheaper than other models, but they work fine. I would buy again.

Great for Interfacing 2.5Gb/5Gb RJ45 to 10Gb SFP+
I'm using this to connect the 5Gb RJ45 port on my ISP router to the 10Gb SFP+ port on my firewall. It's working great so far.On the firewall's end, it sees a full 10Gb connection. On the router's side, it sees a 5Gb connection. Neither of them are aware of what's on the other end of the transceiver, so they aren't locked into a lowest common denominator scenario, which would have been 1Gb.I've tested from a computer downstream from the firewall and it's able to pull a full 2.5Gb now (which is the speed tier I'm paying for from the ISP), so the transceiver is definitely working properly. This was about half the price of the Mikrotik transceiver I was looking at before and seems to perform splendidly.

Work as expected!
Installed in a TP-Link TL-SG3428X, connected at 10Gb without issues. As with all these Ethernet modules, it does run hot, but all the ones I've ever used have, so I wouldn't expect any different. It's plugged into port 28 in the picture.

Work fine in most applications, but not Intel certified.
What can I say. They work with Broadcom and Intel chipset cards and work perfect in my switches. They do not work with cards actually made by Intel and are not on the Intel compatibility guide. Buyer beware. Nothing wrong with these, Intel branded cards are just finicky. Everything else I plug them into they work perfect. Even with one of these switch side and an Intel one to Intel card on the other. 9.42Gbits/sec over 100 meters of OM4 cable. Work with both TPLink and Netgear managed switches.

Works perfectly with Unifi
I needed to connect a brand new Unifi Pro Max switch with a UDMP Pro using 10Gb optical. These two SFPs worked perfectly. They were instantly recognized by both devices and the performance has been excellent. I would buy them again without question.
