Could this be modified to a larger sheet size for visually impaired seniors?

Hi Kelly, We used only high-resolution text and icons, and the print quality is detailed enough that the sheet could be enlarged with no issues, either in a print shop or on your computer by scanning it and printing at a larger size. Thank you for your inquiry.
