These are quite good but I probably could have gone for the black band alone, the rest are too weak (and I wouldn't be particularly strong, fairly average level of strength for a 6 ft 2, 100kg male). When at home I prefer to use free weights, but the great benefit of the resistance band is that you can pack it neatly into your suitcase and bring it everywhere with you, which obviously is not possible for normal weights, honestly I cant say enough how much of a benefit this is.

...and I needed to tone up whilst I was sitting on the sofa! Not quite the truth but these bands are so versatile you actually can do some pretty impressive and useful workouts sitting down. It's the first time I've built up a sweat watching TV! I really like them! There's no storage problem. They offer a huge range of exercises, either overall or targeted, they're portable and the only noise is me! The most important thing is that I'm having fun with these bands and therefore more likely to continue.

Excellent but, so easy to personalise the resistance. The door fittings are robust and simple to use. The whole thing is well made for the purpose it’s designed for. Seller emailed a great booklet with instructions and ideas for use that is well thought through.

The resistance bands arrived in great time and with a really helpful bag that i can easily store at home and take with me when i travel for work. Being a keen rower, its important that i get just as good a workout whether I’m on the water or not. Being able to vary and stack the resistance bands really helps me vary the type of workout i need. The quality of the ankle straps, handles and bands themselves means i can confidently focus on my workout. The ebook and instructional videos give really extensive instructions on how best to use the bands to work the muscle groups I need!I would definitely recommend this product for those at all different types of fitness level! Great at home and travel workout set!

Great value for money for a quality product, delivered in record time. The bands are very simple to setup and each exercise routine is nicely illustrated in the free eBook. I also found the Youtube instructional videos very helpful.As I travel a lot, it was the offer of a full workout programme that convinced me to buy this resistance band set. However since receiving it, my family members have got their hands on it and won’t let it go. So looks like I am going to have to make another purchase so I can have it to myself. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone looking to improve their fitness but either don’t have the time or don’t want to go the gym.Very satisfied customer!

Nice piece of kit. Good communication from the seller with all the information I needed. I really like the bands and they seem stable and durable. Haven't used them extensively yet though so will have to see how they do with extended use.For now though, all good and impressed with it for the price. Would recommend.

No books ebooks or any information on training came with this. Really disappointing as was the main reason I chose this particular product. Just got the bands and some accessories in a bag.
