Easy to use. Colour as on the box. Disappointed shampoo no longer included, but conditioner is included and good.

choose the right colour for you
I liked the end result.Any problems were due to my inexperience. It was my first time of colouring my hair and i felt quite nervous.I was scared of the dye running down my face and going into my eyes, so much so that I missed out sections of my hair. Also the rinsing process.However, holding your head well back means no problem.The colour I chose was perfect for me. I would use this product again, and I would make a better job next time.I am totally against animal testing, and it is comforting to know that this is a herbal product , not tested on animals.

I would recommend, no chemical smells, easy to remove from skin and doesnt stain bathtubs. The colour is lovely, although its definitely not brown. Its black just what i wanted.
