I've suffered with IBS and regular flare ups for several years and was recommended these by a herbalist. I've been taking them for over a year now and have had maybe 2 episodes of my IBS and that's it! My bowel movements are healthy and I actually only need to to take 1 to 2 a day now (I was on 4 a day) to keep my gut nice and healthy and the IBS symptoms away. These are a great price, as well as a trusted brand and having them on subscription means I never run out, plus I save a few extra pennies too. Would definitely recommend.

Good value for a big pot which lasts a while. They seem to be good quality. I've been taking them for around 6 weeks and feel better.

Item good as originally ordered but disappointed that delivery was nearly two weeks later than originally scheduled

I suffer a bunch of autoimmune diseases, all of which are due to inflammation, my research took me to probiotics bacterial cultures, and the best ones for dampening down inflammation were Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lacticaseibacillus Rhamnosus, Lacticaseibacillus Casei, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, I couldn't find any products that did all 4 of these, but I found this one that did 3 of the 4... The result no stomach cramps, no bloating, no gassiness when laying down in the evenings, and all for a great price... this is by a country mile the best probiotics for IBS I've taken, now my go to!

I have used this many times. And I will use it again. To bad the 180 capsules are not available anymore... They really do help. But watch what you eat while taking these. They really help alot whey you help yourself... with the food you eat..
