Does this strip enamel off cups (like bleach does)?

I haven't had a problem with this product. Personally I think Astonish is the best one on the market.

Is this a tannin remover or a bleaching agent, or both?

Yes this does remove tannin and it is not a bleaching agent. It cleaned my very badly stained metal coffee flasks exceptionally well and all the stains disappeared.

Can I use on white acrylic worktop

I wouldn’t recommend as you have to leave to soak. I use the Astonish cooker top/counter paste for my worktops and halogen hob. That’s probably better for your purposes

Could I use it on a brown mark left on my ceramic sink? Thanks

Yes. Cover mark in boiling hot water and add 1 spoonful of the powered to the water. Let it cool and rinse with cold water. Repeat if needed
