This is a great kit! Has everything you need to hang your lights! Easy to use and has instructions if needed.

Kit had everything I needed to string up my patio lights the right way. The hardware made it relatively easy to get a nice, taut cable strung. My lights look great and have survived some pretty nasty weather and high winds so far this summer. I will say that I invested in a bag of small black zip ties at the hardware store, as the twist ties that come with this kit didn’t seem super sturdy to me. But I consider that a minor addition to what is otherwise a really comprehensive kit that saved me a lot of money, not to mention the time it would have taken me to piece together all the cables and hardware individually. Am hoping this proves to be weatherproof and durable outside, and I don’t notice any rust.

Loved the versatility of the pieces in this kit. We had everything we needed to hang our lights securely. I was a bit skeptical about the twist ties and how they will hold up over time, but they seem very sturdy. We just had some bad weather with strong wind gusts, and our line had no problems weathering the storms. I would absolutely buy this kit again.

Great kit to hang String Lights! I used this to hang lights around my outdoor kitchen/Man Cave and our pool deck and around the pool. Total of about 80 feet total. hardware was easy to use and mount. All Stainless. The only issue I had was that the spool of wire which is stated to be 165 feet was not a single strand and the outside one ran out at about 50 feet and i had to splice it to continue. Not hard to do with the hardware included, but a little annoying and used up two loop connectors that I could have used elsewhere. But all in all good deal!

For then last two years we had about 150' of 'commercial grade' string lights from the big box membership club. The problem was, we had three large open areas (50' across each, approx.). We originally hung our lights with no wire. Within weeks they started sagging. The looked "okay", but in some areas taller people had to duck under them and it put the bulbs at eye level and did not create a good atmosphere. We saw a restaurant that had these lights and used wire rope. I found this kit on Amazon and compared the price of the components to the big box hardware stores. The price of the wire rope alone ($.40') was going to be more than this total kit. Plus, our local store that had the vinyl wrapped wire rope wanted $.79'!!!!!! Lastly, the clips for the wire in this kit are much more simple to use and attractive when compared to what they offer locally in the stores. We ordered this kit and had it installed within two hours. Would have been faster but we hung them at 10' and had to use ladders. They look so much better now and the cost of the kit was less than half the price of a single strand of lights. We actually had a lot of hardware left over. But at this price, you can't beat it. Very happy!

Bought this to hang outdoor lights and was perfect. Easy to use, more than enough length and the wire thickness is good as well. Sturdy and the lights hang perfectly.

Super helpful for hanging the Govee lights we got from Amazon without having them sag. Turn buckles were extra helpful and the only thing I wasn't thrilled with was the tiny screws for the wire terminus. But that can't really be mitigated without a much more involved apparatus. I would have been nice if the screws were a bit larger and pre-threaded, but again not a star off offense. I'm likely going to order another pack to hang more sets.

Great kit for hanging the Govee and other similar product lights. It had all I needed. I would NOT recommend to hang your lights without this or a similar product. I have several sets of Govee lights up in different locations around my property and since installation we have had several bad wind and rain storms, very high wind. There wasn's a strain on the lights or their electrical cable as it was all the pressure of the adverse weather was handled by the properly installed lights using this kit. I suspect if I tried installation with the lighting wires only that they would not be working at this time.

This kit came with everything I needed to hang my lights. I like the different options I can hang my lights. The manual is simple and I was able to understand it quickly. The vinyl coating on the wire is nice, but as soon as I tightened the wire it immediately stripped off at the tension points, I don't think it's a problem though as the wire looked very strong. I used almost all the wire and hung about 150ft of lights across my backyard between the house and the trees 8-10 ft in the air. They have been there since this summer and still holding strong between the rain and storm we get here. I figure one of these days a fallen branch from the trees could knock these out but it hasn't happened yet.

Cable is extremely strong, hard to cut, and the coating looks to be quite durable. The hardware looks to be pretty decent. (I did not need, nor use the screws though). I bought some additional black twist ties that were not as good a quality as these. I recommend.
