I am a strength and conditioning coach and certified athletic trainer at a prominent performance center in New England . My clients and athlete’s are encouraged to have a daily soft tissue practice that includes self-myofascial release on a quality foam roller, trigger point work with a tennis ball and/or lacrosse ball, and if appropriate, fascial scraping or Gua Sha techniques with a suitable tool. Over the last 10 years the use of percussive muscle massage guns have become popular in the performance and rehabilitation setting. They are prominently featured in most clinics as well as on sidelines, court-side, and in many other sporting venues from little league up to the collegiate and professional levels. In fact, they were prominently positioned in dugouts during this year’s MLB World Series. They have become another accepted tool to assist in down-regulating muscular tone (spasms), increasing circulation, and decreasing localized pain. These devices help improve muscle and soft tissue quality as it relates to treating active trigger points, expediting recovery, supporting hypertrophy, and therefore improving performance. When I first opened the Brazyn Talon, I suspected it would become a game changer. It’s basically 4 different tools in one. It comes with a light, but powerful, muscle massage gun, an easily attachable cane-shaped holder for the gun, massage cane hook, and a Gua Sha muscle fascia scraping tool. It also comes with 4 interchangeable massage head attachments (ball, fork, bullet, and flat), a fast charger (USB and wall plug), and a carrying bag. The entire package is impressive. The case design is sleek, functional, and attractive. Setup was extremely simple. The design is intuitive. I did not need to consult the instructions once. Now, I do have a breadth of experience with other percussive muscle massage guns, but I am certain you will love how easy this system is to set up and use. This light, easy to use massage gun is a professional grade electric percussion massager with powerful output specs that are impressive given its compact profile. The high torque motor matches up to guns that are over $500. (12.5 mm amplitude, 3200 RPM top speed and high stall force). Also, remarkable is how quiet this massage gun is. As the manufacturer boasts, “the talon is as quiet as any massage gun can conceivably be.” While all of this makes the Talon massaging gun a smart purchase at an excellent price point, the game changing nature is that you literally can reach every muscle with its rugged, light weight, ergonomically designed extension arm. After unboxing, I was watching a sporting event at my kitchen nook. The talon was so easy to use and effortless to direct that after 10 or 15 minutes passed I realized I had pretty much completed soft tissue work on my entire body! The great design gives you leverage and the ability to get into every area that you might have a persistent trigger point or muscular tightness. I left the entire package at home for a couple days so I could get feedback from my often soft-tissue compromised family. They wholeheartedly agreed with my assessment, and my wife quipped, “I hope you plan on leaving that one at home!” I purchased another for the clinic :-) Oh, and BTW, for all the reasons listed above, it is pretty much the only muscle massage gun I now use. Fantastic product! You won’t find another percussive muscle massage gun as effective, versatile, and easy to use at this price point.

This Talon massage gun works! On the lowest setting and in less than a minute, it took a knot out of my back around the T5 area that I've had for 5 years now, and have tried everything to get relief, and this device delivered quick results. The manufacturer (Brazyn Life) has essentially one upped everyone in the massage gun industry. This is a professional caliber massage gun offered at a reasonable price. Brazyn has also stepped up their Quality Control measures to help ensure that their products are fully functional before shipping. Features: First off, it is packaged in a very elegant carrying/storage case that holds the device and all of its accessories. It's rechargeable, so you won't be burning through batteries. It comes with 4 interchangeable attachments suited for your special needs. It also has a total of 4 levels of intensity and is easy to switch between them. Note: Brazyn has reduced its lowest setting to around 1800 rpm, and I find this suitable for most treatments, but it's nice to have those higher settings as an option if needed. The best feature of course is the ergonomic extension handle that allows you to get to those places on your back that you just can't reach with other massage guns. The handle is easy to attach and remove from the massage gun and folds up to fit into the case very easily. Professionally, I would have no issues using this massage gun on a client that might require it. Kudos to Brazyn Life for developing and delivering a product that will surely become the "Gold Standard" of percussion massage guns.

I really hate writing negative reviews, and this massage gun is one I really wanted to love because I need one that reaches all areas of my back and doesn’t shift around when I push down like the third party attachment extenders tend to. First off the gun feels premium and it feels great when it works. I love the carrying case it comes with, it’s priced well for all it does, and the attachment heads are great. Next let me say this, it feels great in the hands when you use it and the vibration to your hand is not bad at all so you can use it without fatigue. Here is the problem, both of mine have failed within a month or so of use due to the battery not allowing me to charge it. I have never encountered a premium product like this before with that kind of issue so I’m a little confused, I’m guessing it’s their battery supplier having quality control issues because I assume not all of them are running into this problem. The first massage gun was replaced within a week of them emailing me which is great, but they never responded to my email or anything, one day a massage gun just showed up at my door. I was hopeful it was a one off issue and my new one would be fine, but sadly not the case. A month later my second one died and now it’s been over a week with no response from them on replacing it. Could another massage gun show up at my door? I really don’t know. That being said, I think it is really poor customer service when they won’t even respond to an email. Especially when I was very kind and complimentary about their product in my emails to them because I really do love the gun more than others I’ve had or tried in the past including theraguns and hyperice. I’d be a customer for life if they would communicate better and fix the battery issue. I’m hoping they read this and really figure it things out on their end. I am trying to be fair about this because they do have a great product.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but this product is fantastic and want to help others who need soft tissue release tools. I own two other massage guns and this one is definitely the best. I always wished that massaging the back, shoulders and neck felt easier, and now it does. Every detail has been thought through with this product. I’m not sure why other reviewers have complained about it being too intense. It’s like any other massage gun of good quality. Here are the pros: 1) the extension arm is amazing. I have good mobility, but it’s still so much easier, more relaxing, and more effective to have the arm for the back and shoulders. It has 4 intensity/speed settings. The lowest one is nice for a gentle vibrating massage across all areas of the body. The I highest one is definitely intense enough to target those trigger points. 2) the quality of the vibration feels good. This can differ between massage guns. I find some vibrations to feel better and to be of higher quality, depending upon the gun. 3) it has all of the adapters that you need to target different areas of the body in the right ways. 4) I love that is comes with a thera cane like tool attachment for static trigger point therapy. 5) The charger is small which is nice 6) the case is great. Everything has its little place. Overall, it’s an amazing product. I only just bought it this week, so I still have to see if the gun and parts remain hearty and stand the test of time.

This is a great massage gun. The extension arm is amazing, and allows me to reach my chronically sore spots on the back of my shoulder and lower back. That alone makes this gun 100% worth it. However, the lowest setting (1800 rpm) is just too intense for me. I got this specifically to address my shoulder soreness and I'm not able to use it for more than 5 seconds before it starts to hurt. Everything else about this product is absolutely amazing, and I hope they make a version that starts at a lower intensity setting.

I don't often give reviews and cannot speak to durability or battery life of this product because I have had for exactly one day. However, I can share that the design of this product is top notch and it relieved pain in my upper back, lower back, hips and quads that were very hard to reach. Shared with my wife that I plan on using this every morning as part of routine because it makes me feel 30 years younger. I previously had one of those S curved back devices that helped to alleviate some nagging stress related pain points. Looked for a device like this with a massager attached and so glad that Brazyn designed this awesome product. Very easy to use, light weight and well distributed and stores easily. If this were to stop working a year from now (hope it lasts longer than that), I would just buy another one. I try to stay active and workout a couple of times a week. The Talon made me feel great this morning and relieve my typical next day stiffness. Well designed, fairly priced and makes me feel like I am 25 years old ...

This massager may be on the pricey side compared to the generic ones, but so worth it! I have had a knot in my shoulder for like 25 years. I have gone to massage therapists, I have gone to deep tissue masseuses, nothing worked . 2 uses and it’s gone! It is a little more powerful than I expected on its lowest setting and takes a little time to get used to. The detachable handle is a big plus, because it enables me to reach difficult areas on my own, but still go down to the smaller unit around my neck and shoulders where the long handle is awkward. Very high quality and comes with its own storage case.

This massager is AMAZING. At first i thought it was aggressive and not for me, but i gave it a chance and it turns out this thing is amazing. After a hard day of labor this thing is super helpful for my arms, back and legs. Its like using a cheat code on your muscles. It helps me with knots and it helps stretch muscles back to life. I swear by this thing, its better than drugs. I got it fully expecting to send it back but i was hooked after 2 uses. It literally changed my life. I used to have bad lower back pain, especially after hard labor like moving bricks or using a jack hammer for 8 hours. I use this starting at the feet and work my way up to my neck. It takes 10-20min. Just massaging the lower back isnt enough. I find that my lower back pain comes from my legs. I didnt even realize my legs were that stiff. My pain goes away almost immediately and its extremely helpful for recovering after alot of heavy lifting. I highly recommend this for anyone who works hard for a living.
