Great replacement item for updating medical notes

This item is absolutely essential if you have an sos or medic alert braclet. It has life saving information written on it and is so neatly the right size and also so long when unfolded that all information can be written on both sides of it. Amazing information for medics if they are called to you. An absolute essential product, reasonably priced, excellent quality so will last with its information clearly shown. Excellent !!

Just what I needed. Perfect fit

I discovered the top of my SOS talisman plus information sheet had fallen out but fortunately found this replacement - it arrived the next day and was perfect! Would definitely use again if the same situation occurred again, and would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, for an SOS Talisman these are a necessary evil and they charge a small fortune for them. Luckily I found a single one on Amazon when my old insert needed updating. But even so, 3 quid for a tiny piece of paper is a real rip off. But there you go, it is what it is.

Very handy to have a pre-printed Info Strip instead of trying to make one's own. Plenty of space to write everything down too. I used a very fine 0.05 Graphic Line Marker to make sure my writing looked neat and readable. I bought two so I have a spare for the future. The info-strip my SOS Talisman came with was over edited and needed replacing, and these are ideal.
