My dog is a chewer but is used to flavored rawhide (CET Hextra) which is a great product but super expensive. These are not that expensive. My dog was not as interested first, but I brushed the chip with some chicken bullion and that seems to have done the trick. He's working at it and I could not be happier.

These chews are great. I have 2 English setters that would go thru other chews in 15 minutes. These last for weeks. There have been no digestion or choking issues. My Dogs love them.Will definately order from this company again!

My Micro Bully can polish off a thin rawhide in minutes. I needed something that last longer. These are the answer. Much thicker and she most times tires out before finishing one.

These are nice and thick! My dogs love rawhide but I usually am scared to give it due to the choking hazard. These seem to digest well, are narrow enough incase they decide to swallow them, and last long. I will definitely buy these again, and update if anything changes.

Ok, I will be honest, I was really worried when I first bought these since the pictures in the product description didn't have the word safety spelled correctly so I had some reservations about how these were made. I was surprised about the number of them in the box, how thick they were, the size, and how well they last.I get the unflavored ones and the dogs don't seem to mind! However, I'm not quite ready to try them myself to rate the flavor so, hopefully, my 4-star rating on behalf of the dogs is accurate :)My 16 year old border collie gets quite excited when the box arrives! He loves these! The sizes of the pieces are pretty consistent and they are thick, not paper thin like some brands are. I have border collies and larger collie mix dogs so having bigger rawhide chips is a plus! They are also pretty aggressive chewers, these last pretty well.The rawhide chips/strips are tied together in the bag with plastic stripping like what you secure heavy items onto a pallet. The strapping is kind of weird and a bit annoying when you are trying to give the dogs a distraction quickly. The bags are not resealable which isn't so much of an issue in a dry climate like I'm in (UT) however, moving to a hot and humid state in the future, I will need to invest in a food-safe plastic tote to keep these in the pantry so they don't go bad.I think these are great value for money, especially when compared to pet-store retail. I have 4 dogs so food, treats, and chews take a decent portion of the monthly budget so, buying in bulk saves those pennies, and these are great to use as a reward after training or when my pups go into their crate.Rawhide chips have been great to help with cleaning teeth, our newest rescue dog even though he's young (around 2-4 years) his teeth look about the same as my old border collie! His teeth are starting to look better now with these chews. I don't let my dogs chew them when they get too small, and they only get them after a meal. One of my dogs is notorious for barfing bones back up on an empty stomach and some rawhide does it too but, having these after a meal has been ok.
