Ottimi elastici . 3 intensità in base al tipo di allenamento. Arrivano in una scatoletta ed ogni elastico è a sua volta imbustato. Per la prima volta non ho trovato odore di plastica .

Sehr guter Resistance Bänder für das Training zuhause
Die Bänder sind von sehr guter Qualität. Ich verwende sie schon über 1 Jahr und bin sehr zufrieden. Auch die 3 unterschiedlichen Stärken passen gut für diverse Übungen und Schwierigkeitsstufen.

Finally, bands that don't try to escape
I specifically bought the anti-slip version because I've used enough exercise equipment to know that "stays in place" and "activewear" don't always have the most successful relationship. Happy to report these bands stay where they're supposed to. No constant slipping, rolling, or trying to make a break for freedom halfway through an exercise. The resistance feels exactly as expected, the bands seem well made, and they come with a carry bag and some exercise suggestions to get you started. I gave them a stretch test and a little road test as soon as they arrived and was happy with what I found. For the price, I think they're great value and will be a useful addition to my workout routine.
