I love jawbreakers - BUT NOT THIS BRAND. I should have listened to the other reviewers comments. Jawbreaker flavor is sorta citrusy and kinda blah. There are these little sugar crystals that create very hard edges that cut your gums and cheeks if you are not very, very careful. The soft center reminded me of a sweet tart texture but the flavor is pretty YUCKY! Will not buy these again.

This jawbreaker starts off almost tasteless for several minutes, then starts dissolving into having really small, sharp points all over. Uncomfortable in the mouth. After a few minutes, those dissolve away and the fruity flavors come out and I get to what I wanted in a jawbreaker, but the enjoyment doesn’t last long. These are made up of mostly a sweet tart type center with just a few layers of the jawbreaker. About 15 minutes and the jawbreaker part is gone all down to this center. So if you’re looking for a quick jawbreaker fix then back to work, it will work for you. I’m a surveyor and walk many miles for many hours on my job and was looking for something longer lasting with more jawbreaker layers.
