100% BLACKOUT SKYLIGHT ROLLER BLINDS FOR ALL VELUX WINDOWS (NOT FOR `K` WINDOWS), MODEL: GGL,GHL,GGU,GPL,GPU,GHU, (S06, WHITE 0008 PVX)

This blind comes as 3 bits.... A left hand rail, a right hand rail and the roller unit. The instructions are ok, but could benefit from some wording, but once I'd lined everything up the unit fitted in to the window very easily, taking literally 5 minutes. The blind itself is very good.... Blacks out sunlight as promised. The blind can be pulled down to any position and it holds in place... Push the handle at the end of the blind and it retracts.... Very easy! All in all delighted with the product.... It arrived quickly, was fairly easy to fit, and does the job excellently.

Outstanding quality!In fact, I can't believe that it's actually 1000 times better than the Velux blind that I replaced.The Velux blind (I had it for one year) either didn't open or close properly and its fabric eventually came out from its runners. Super frustrating, especially when you paid £120.This was so much cheaper and the quality is amazing.If I had any recommendations to the seller/manufacturer, it would be to include screws that will be needed to fit the blind.Other than that, I'm so happy that I'll be replacing my other blinds soon and purchasing from the same seller.

I bought two of these. The seller was good enough to answer my questions promptly. I have GGL-4 Velux windows timber frame. For me, the fitting card enclosed allowed me to fit the product in 10 minutes. Some reviews have stated that the instructions are not clear. They are fine and clear. As an engineer I would only offer one slight consideration: The peel-off (sticky) strip may not hold the roller in place whilst one secures it with the two screws. A second pair of hands may be useful. Once you offer up the side rails and secure with the other two screws... Job done.They look great. They lock in any position that one may choose. the finish is very good for the price, and in my opinion any condensation would not lead to rusting. Recommended.

Difficult to install and needs two people. One to hold the top metal section in place -adhesive strip totally ineffective, the metal fell off and chipped my toilet seat :( - while the other person puts in the screws to hold it in place. After that it was more straight forward but not an easy job.

Seems very well made, fits well and the blind blocks out direct sunlight.Took about 10 minutes to fit, including reading the instructions. Just four screws (taped to the inside of the packaging, so don't throw the box away first) and only a crosshead screwdriver required.Once you've peeled the adhesive strip off on the roller, make sure you position the roller dead centre of the Velux window.

This is the second one of these blinds that I have bought( to replace old original ones from Velux). Because the first one was perfect I had no worries about purchasing this second one.Fitting is simple( as long as you can use a screwdriver!) A second pair of hands would make the installation even easier.

disappointed with this. i've added a star on because of potentially my own inadequacy at installation. fiddly and the instructions are poor. i bought to save money but ended up buying a velux from velux instead so it was a bad financial purchase. not impressed

It took only 10 minutes to install. Very effective at blackout and keeping the room cool
