Best purchase for the house I have made. Easy to fit and works well. Maybe too well if you're not careful. Did have to contact them for the correct fittings which were sent quickly.

The product installation in my UK bathroom was easy and quick, since the bidet even comes with reasonably sturdy plastic wrenches (for people like me). The G1/2 metal Tee-adapter fits perfectly underneath my wash basin and the 3-meter long flexible plastic tube it comes with was long enough to reach the bidet just fine. 4 Lacking access to the cistern in my bathroom, said plastic tube needed to be connected to the cold water outlet. The bidet comes with the necessary cap to seal off the hot water inlet to support this configuration. At this stage the bidet itself worked perfectly, although it did require some fine-tuning. In order to connect both hot and cold water supplies to the wash basin I required a second metal Tee-adapter and plastic tube (from somewhere). Luxebidet's US web shop sells the necessary parts, but postage would have been rather significant, so I asked their customer support for cheaper alternatives for UK buyers and without even remotely asking for it, they replied with an offer to send me the parts entirely for free. And indeed, about two weeks later they have arrived as promised. I've rarely encountered such a phenomenal level of customer service. I therefore recommend the bidet itself -- very happy with it -- but even more so this particular manufacturer.

Excellent product, never used one before, so took a gamble, but once installed there was no need to panic. It ticked all the boxes, hot and cold setting, self cleaning, dual spray. Make sure you remove all your existing toilet seat fittings and install them over the top of the bidets adjustable frame which works really well and holds the seat firmly in place. It came with all the UK fittings for hot and cold water. I didn't need to buy any additional fittings. It included some PTF tape, I would recommend that you use it to prevent any leaks. Only slight modification I made to the installation was that instead of disconnecting the existing cold water feed at the base of the cistern, (it was a tight space, couldn't get to it to unscrew cold water pipe). Instead I disconnected the other end of the cold water inlet pipe, (much easier to get to) and attached the provided cold water white plastic connector to it. Overall great product, if you are a diyer there is no need to get a plumber. Will be buying 3 more.

It’s quite good though could do with more variation of position for the spout as it is hit and miss 🤣

We bought this in October and it is working exactly as it should. One problem we did find was that the toilet seat was too high off the rim and flexed. This flexing broke the seat. We have fitted height adjustable feet to the new seat and that has solved the issue 100%. Would I buy again? Most certainly would.

I have purchased two of these ,,they fit on any type of toilet with a little adjusting and help from the very friendly sellers had both mine fitted within the hour ,,ordering a few more after my siblings have seen it they all want one ,,fitted on quick release soft closing toilet seat Best thing ever,product itself is brilliant build quality , I would highly recommend

I bought it in February 2018. I use it every day. It works perfectly.

It's working fairly well. The reason I say fairly is because mixing the hot and cold water reduces the flow of the jet. The second reason is that it is not an easy DIY job, unless you have the same plumbing as the one illustrated. It's ok for plastic pipes but not copper ones. I had a plumber fitted in for me and cost me £120.

trae un flexo y 2 T una para el agua caliente y otra para la fría , fui a varias ferreterias para ver si se podia adaptar la t del agua caliente pero es una medida que no es estándar en españa como 3/8 1/2 1/4 y no se pudo poner y en el agua fría no se si la t se puede poner pero si quieres poner un flexo mas largo no entra bien en el bidé la medida de 1/4 que es la mas parecida. como digo en españa no se encuentran en ferreterías las medidas de esas tuercas

Bidet works well and is good quality. Functional for the past 2yrs and no issues. Easy to install if you have the right plumbing! In Australia all plumbing is either 1" or 7/8" fittings so the supplied T-connector is incorrect. It would be good to provide this instead of the 3/8" T fittings.

Das Produkt ist mit der aktuellen Ausführung nicht für den deutschen Markt geeignet. Die mitgelieferten Anschlüsse passen nicht auf die Anschlüsse im Haus (andere Steigung im Gewinde) im Baumarkt gibt es keine Adapter oder Ähnliches. Aus diesem Grund geht das gute Stück zurück.
