LIPSTICK QUEEN Shade Shifting Lipstick

Absolutely love this product. The first time I purchased it was via duty free on holiday as a little treat for myself, but once I tried it I was hooked. It’s definitely lush and moisturises your lips - have also tried Eyebrow Queen which is very good for setting eyebrow makeup. I have not been able to find Lip Queen in the shops, I understand it’s an Australian product and still needs to make a big impact onto the UK market. £20 seems to be the normal price when there are stocks available, otherwise I have seen it for about £40. To be honest when I had run out I was very tempted to pay the £40 for it, but found it hard to justify - but waited another 6 weeks and was able to find it for £20 again. If you buy it I hope you enjoy it’s much as I have :-)

I LOVE this lipstick and cannot recommend it enough. I have Frog Prince which goes a warm, deep rose-pink on me but I wanted something a bit more summery, so decided to try Morning Sunshine and it’s a perfect light pretty pink with a hint of peach in it. Like Frog Prince this is very moisturising and leaves your lips soft and hydrated - I say this as someone who has only ever been able to use Vaseline as usual lipsticks leave me with dry and unsightly lips - this is the only brand on lipstick I can and will ever wear now.To counter the negative reviews, this along with Frog Prince is clearly described as a colour that develops as a balm, so if you’re looking for a ‘true’ lipstick, this is not for you. You should put it on and wait a few minutes and see how the colour develops on you, and if you want to intensify the colour add another layer and see what it looks like in a few minutes. Like I’ve said this is super hydrating and flattering (my skin tone ranges from pale to lightly tanned depending on time of year) and the colour is subtle whilst still being obvious you have a lipstick on.

This product is a staple. It is sooooo goood on many levels. It moisturises and conditions the lips, the colour changes to suit your skin type. It does not dry out your lips like some other products. It was a staple, please let me know if someone else adopts this technology.

This stuff is great! You do need to layer it on but it lasts ok once you have. Comes out a really flattering purpley pinky colour on me.Just please change the name in the Amazon posting...Sailor not Sailer!!

I am so in love with this lipstick. It applies really well and had good longevity for a lipstick without a special made-to-outlast-the-apocalypse formula. I also rarely find a lipstick that doesn't dry out my lips.This is absolutely perfect for anybody with cool or dull tones who wants a brighter look. I have dark, ashy brown hair with a lot of grey, a dull complexion with ashy/blue undertones, and blue eyes, so it's easy to look washed out. This raspberry color is a great complement for blue tones without looking clownish. I prefer to draw attention to my eyes more than my mouth, and on me, this is a little too bright to compete with intense eye makep, but it's a great complement for a neutral or a less bright shade in the same color pallete (pink, blue). I love it so much, I bought 3 more for friends and family who fear lipstick and have similar coloring to me.It's been hard to find a good lip liner, so I use Rimmel's transparent liner to prevent feathering.

Despite its vibrant orange color, this lipstick melds into the perfect bright pink. Not neon, but brighter than a pastel. It still somehow looks natural rather than heavy and painted on. It’s quite frankly mind-blowing. On top of that, it might be one of the most silky lipsticks ever. It almost felt more like a balm with no drying what so ever. I recommend you pick this up, as well as it’s green sister, the Frog Prince lipstick.

This lipstick is perfection. Creamy, not sheer, but not completely thick, heavy and opaque, either. It's the perfect coral shade that I was looking for. Would definitely buy from lipstick queen again. The tube itself is also very high end and rich-looking, and has a soft and velvety hand.
