Vitamin B Complex with Vitamin C

Great taste. Easy to take.

These vitamins contain almost everything I need for my B- complex vitamins, as well as some vitamin C. They are easy to eat - like sweet candy and gives me an energy boost in the afternoon. A great product. I highly recommend it.

Most of my vitamins were in pills I switched to hummus. Good taste and does what it should do.

I almost never write a review, but this was so good I felt I had to share my experience. I usually have to fight with my kids to take vitamins but this was different. It tastes like candy not like medicine. I have tried so many different gummies until finally one that works and tastes good. I am waiting for this company to start producing more products.

Pros - taste well, no after taste - relatively cheap - gentle on stomach, i have a very sensitive stomach and GI issues but this product didn’t upset my stomach Cons - DV% of B12 is very high, I wish they have it as close % as the other Bs as too much b12 interrupts my sleep! - it doesn’t contain B1 (thiamine) as it’s also essential B within the b complex family - gummies are coated with sugar, make it sweet there’s no need for the amount of suger added per gummy

Gummies are so easier to take than pills or capsules. Taste good too.
